The purpose of the Economic Development Advisory Committee is to advise the Board of Supervisors on matters dealing with the advancement and expansion of economic development within Shenango Township. The Shenango Township Economic Development Committee aims to create a diverse business community that is prosperous and innovative while built on a stable economic foundation. The committee works to improve the economic environment of Shenango Township.

The Shenango Township Economic Development Committee mission is to be a resource for the business community, by supporting in the growth and support of local business. The committee looks at new and innovative ways to market existing businesses and the community and attract new businesses that will be complementary to our existing base.
